We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must be approved by us before being sent back. Please contact us within the 14-day period to request a return and receive the relevant return instructions.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed. Once prepared, your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail using an insured delivery service.

You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days from dispatch, although delays may occur during busy periods or around bank holidays.

We also offer free click and collect from our store in Stone. We will contact you when your order is ready to collect, so please do not visit the store until you have received confirmation.
